Alberto del Rio defeated Sin Cara.

Decent back and forth match. Finish came on the Cross Armbreaker. Post-match, Del Rio cut a promo about Randy Orton. Then he said he doesn’t need stupid catchphrases like “millions of dollars” because he has millions of dollars. Funny.

Enter Prime Time Players, who took offense to the comment, but Del Rio sweet talked them into beating down Sin Cara. Randy Orton ran down and made the save. There was an RKO for each PTP. Orton took the mic and set up next week’s main event: A 6 man tag, Del Rio and PTPs vs. Orton, Rey Mysterio, and Sin Cara.

Half of upper deck tarped off. Good crowd of about 8,000.

Sin Cara vs. Alberto Del Rio. Del Rio with the cross armbar for the win. ADR cuts promo and is joined by the Prime Time Players. A 3 on 1 beatdown of Cara ensues until Randy Orton makes the save with RKOs on The PTP. A 6 man tag is made for next week: Orton, Cara and Mysterio vs. ADR and Prime Time Players.

Live Report From Last Night’s WWE Smackdown Tapings (SPOILERS)

We then got a nice match that followed featuring Alberto Del Rio against Sin Cara. Crowd was definitely into Sin Cara. Del Rio eventually got the win with the crossarm breaker. After the match, Del Rio cut a promo that brought the Primetime Players to the ring. Del Rio told the Primetime Players that the beef was not with him but with Sin Cara, which they then proceeded to attack. This prompted Randy Orton who came to the ring and attacked Del Rio and the Primetime Players making the save for Sin Cara. This set up a match for next weeks main event with the Primetime Players and Alberto Del Rio facing off against Randy Orton, Sin Cara and Rey Mysterio.
