In preparation for the World Heavyweight Title Triple Threat Ladder Match at Extreme Rules, Jack Swagger used the treacherous rungs to decimate Alberto Del Rio, World Heavyweight Champion Dolph Ziggler and pretty much everyone else in sight. This continued a painful game of one-upmanship between the three Superstars since the title showdown was announced.

Will “The Real American” grab addition momentum tonight? Or will Del Rio and The Showoff snatch it away from him in brutal fashion?
