Complete WWE Smackdown Taping Results (SPOILERS)

John Cena def. Alberto Del Rio in the Arm Wrestling Challenge. Cena actually had a great, mostly positive response from the fans in the Phones 4u Arena. Both guys cut promos regarding their upcoming match for the World Heavyweight Championship at the WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view.

Cena won the first Arm Wrestling Challenge in under a second, and followed that up by winning the Arm Wrestling Challenge immediate rematch just as fast. After the Arm Wrestling concluded, Del Rio attacked Cena. Despite trying to fight back, Cena ended up getting slammed through the Arm Wrestling table by Del Rio. After the beatdown, Del Rio laid his t-shirt across Cena’s fallen body.

SPOILERS WWE SmackDown Results For This Friday

Thanks to Janie Andrews and @GeordieSean86 for the following WWE SmackDown spoilers from today’s tapings in Manchester, England:

John Cena and Alberto Del Rio come out for their arm wrestling contest. There’s a table set up in the middle of the ring. Both Superstars talk about their match at Survivor Series. Cena points out the fan dressed as Superman in the crowd and lets him show his costume after it was covered up earlier. Huge heat for Cena like at RAW on Monday. Cena ended up winning two falls in the arm wrestling contest. Del Rio attacked Cena after the contest and slammed him through the table.

What Happened After Tuesday’s WWE SmackDown Tapings With William Regal And John Cena

After today’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Manchester, England, William Regal was introduced as the special referee for the dark main event. Regal came out in a suit and received a huge pop from the crowd.

The dark main event saw John Cena defeat Alberto Del Rio with the World Heavyweight Title on the line. After the match, Regal took the mic and praised Cena before attacking him and laying him out. Cena came back and hit Attitude Adjustments on Regal and ring announcer Tony Chimel. Regal received another huge pop when he left the ring.
