WWE Main Event Taping Results (SPOILERS)

Lilian Garcia welcomed everyone to the show.

Alberto Del Rio beat Dolph Ziggler. Del Rio won with the Cross Arm Breaker. Awesome match. They really went all out and the crowd was into it the whole time. This was better than their two pay-per-view matches earlier this year.

Dolph Ziggler vs. Alberto Del Rio kicks off Main Event. Del Rio wins with the cross armbreaker. There were a lot of pro-Ziggler and “USA” chants.

Complete WWE Smackdown Taping Results (SPOILERS)

Notes: Overall, it was a good taping, despite the ridiculous hour of filler during the first hour of Smackdown. The Ziggler vs. Del Rio match on tomorrow’s Main Event is must see, and the last hour of Smackdown on Friday is going to be extremely fun with all the tag team matches. Notably, there was no John Cena or Authority during the show, and very little progression of that storyline in general. Not that I’m complaining, the stupid filler was better than that probably would have been.
