Del Rio with a kick to the midsection. Cara with a forearm and kicks to the leg. Cara with an arm drag into a cover for a near fall. Del Rio sends Cara into the ropes and Del Rio with a double stomp.

Del Rio with a reverse chin lock. Cara with elbows and Del Rio pulls Cara to the mat. Del Rio runs into an elbow. Del Rio avoids a tornado DDT and Cara with a head scissors. Cara with a springboard elbow for a near fall. Cara with an enzuigiri and then he goes up top but misses the swanton and Del Rio with a super kick and he gets the three count.

Winner: Alberto Del Rio

After the match, Alberto says that when you talk about the Royal Rumble match, you only talk about one man. That man is Alberto Del Rio. People talk about Batista.
