Jorge Enrique Abello has to use about three hours to change himself to another before recording the soap opera En los tancones de Eva.

The makeup team used two hours to transform the actor into Eva María Jaramillo, the principal character of this most seen soap opera these days in Colombia.

The makeup and special effects expert Germán Santacruz is responsable for giving the identity to this unmarried old lady with local accent.

Santacruz, who worked for Univisión side by side with Jeringa, and is part of the team of “La Banda” and “Gran Chou”, in the makeup of Camilo Cifuentes, look for giving EVA a characterization seemed as Dustin Hoffman in the movie Tootsie.

The key of the makeup Eva requires is in her big and thickness glasses, and the nose like the one used by Nicole Kidman in the movie “The Hours”.

At first, make a rose color base, to cover the pores and man’s characteristics - beard, it’s the first step of transform Jorge Enrique Abello. Then is the nose turn, they use latex to plaster it.

Chest of Silicone, it’s the basic part of any woman that Jorge Enrique Abell has to use somethings to creat them. In this soap opera, they do not really embed something into actor’s body, instead, they use a ordinary implant, and the effect is not bad.

Special suit, to creat the nature curve of the woman, at the same time, Jorge Enrique Abell0 has to depilate his arms and legs either.

A fundamental part of Eva María Jaramillo’s attire is her wig. Germán Santacruz spent a few days to make the wig which is suit to Jorge Enrique Abello especially.
